We only stayed one night at Calvin and Faith’s home but must have said 20 times while we were there that we wished we could have stayed a week! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and although the apartment is small it never felt at all cramped. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the start of the Riverwalk, and even though there isn’t a designated parking space, we had no trouble quickly finding a spot on the street on the same block. The neighborhood was wonderful, full of gorgeous historic houses and gardens and the sweetest neighbors. Calvin and Faith were great hosts, very kind and always very quick to respond to messages, and we appreciated the extensive list of local recommendations they provided. We will absolutely look into staying here again on our next trip to Wilmington, and highly recommend it to other travelers as well!

Had a wonderful stay at Calvin's apartment! The place was super cute and the bed was extremely comfortable. Walkable to the main part of downtown and other areas as well. Highly recommend!

Calvin's place was exactly as described and exactly like the pictures. It was absolutely charming. For us it was the perfect location and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was in a quaint neighborhood with cobblestone streets. I thought on-street parking might be a problem but it never was over our 3 night stay. We will stay here again.

Beautiful historic home on a charming street, walkable to the historic downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the office area was great, private space for zoom meeting! Very charming home and responsive hosts!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s on a beautiful, peaceful street, and we loved sitting on the front porch. Very tidy and had plenty of amenities. Walkable to the waterfront and so many other places. Thank you for hosting us!

This place was super relaxing! It was super cute as well! Me and group of girls came down for my bachelorette weekend and it was such a great weekend! Definitely walkable to the night life and restaurants and it was a short drive to the beach as well! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and Calvin was very communicative and helpful!

We stayed one night to have some fun in Wilmington. Apartment was as described except the porch in tiny,as a tall person there wasn’t much leg room but aside from that it was very clean and exactly what we needed.

Beautiful apartment a short walking distance to the heart of Wilmington! Bedroom is spacious and bed is super comfy. Living room is also comfortable with a cute table area for meals. There are also a lot of nice "comforts" like games, TV's with easy to connect streaming services, blankets, etc. Hosts were super responsive and gave crystal clear directions. It's street parking only but we never had a problem parking in front of or nearly in front of the house. The bedroom is in the front of the house but the light blocking curtains keep it dark for sleeping and there is a sound machine if you want to block outside noise. The neighborhood is lovely and enjoyable to walk. Downtown Wilmington is an easy walk but there is also a lot of public parking lots if the weather isn't good. Definitely a delightful stay and would reserve again!

We had a wonderful night! The Airbnb was exactly as described, quaint, and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to so many local restaurants and bars. Very private! We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and talking but it was still a cozy place. Will stay again!

This house has everything you need! Walkable to great restaurants and river walk. Kitchen has everything you need. Our toddler was very comfortable in the house. We recommend this beautiful stay!
