Beautiful historic home on a charming street, walkable to the historic downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the office area was great, private space for zoom meeting! Very charming home and responsive hosts!

We were enchanted by the house and the neighborhood. Nestled in the Historic District, the house was very well located for walking through the District and to Downtown. Downtown Wilmington is charming with a very nice riverwalk that we visited frequently. Lots of good restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large kitchen island - just the right size for our jigsaw puzzles. Faith and Calvin were wonderful hosts. We would love to stay there again.

I have stayed in this house in one of the other units before and will always try to rent from Calvin and Faith. They take care of the home, have comfortable beds and always helpful! The area is great and you can definitely walk around. Their listings are as described. Highly recommend.

Comfortable bed in the master bedroom. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was spacious. There were a few snacks left from the host and bottled waters in the fridge which was a thoughtful gesture.

We stayed in this sweet spot for a week and loved everything about it. It was roomier than the pictures show and very comfortable. They have stocked the kitchen and bathroom with everything you would need. The deck was private and relaxing. We can’t say enough about the comfortable beds. This spot was convenient in all way, whether walking to downtown or driving anywhere. The very thought out and comprehensive “guide” to all things was as complete as we have ever seen. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated (but not at all cluttered) place.
